bit of an update from the last month

Howdy Ya'll

OK  as some of ya's will know and others will  after reading this i steped down   off the committee    as SD for CAS      distance  (just under 190 Km round trip)   workload (also RG for the area )  and  end of the day not realy a committee  kinda person     lead me to makeing that call   :sorry:

I  have said to the prez  and also to saddlebum they have my support  when and if needed  as RG for this area

over the last month   been quite as far as away shoots go    with just the SI steel  down in ash   that was a wake up call     with the small plates     the cowboys were the 2nd biggest class there  ,next year   try and get  the cowboys as the largest  class    the way we shot   and the system we got in place  has been noticed from higher up  in the ranks   so good going  fellas ..

RO's  CPC  now has some more RO's   so that should help with the work load   there are still others that need to do the tests even if ya don't want to RO  at least   the tests   help you understand the rules better  so yer have a clearer idea  on things  ..

any how's   i want to thank the cowboys that supported me   while on the committee  and also the committee itself   :thankyou:  but  just a case of  wrong job  ..

OK   now with that part out of the way    2010    is looking like a big  cowboy year   with  the CAS range  getting rebuilt     maybe 2  major shoots in the  area    the duel  on the coast  in feb   and SI  in alex  during  april  so as RG  i want to see  new faces at those shoots    at least at the local ones   ..

the next  few months there will be working bees   coming up with  pulling down  the range   for the recert      and  also the rebuild of a  better more workable  and welcomeing   range     thats going to take a lot of  time  and input  to get it right   so  if asked   help out as much as ya can

catch ya
