Hi all,

Sorry for the late notice but here is a quick note to update you on this weekend.

There will be a couple of stages of each pistol / shotgun / rifle - more if time permits.

What to bring:

Ammo

- Pistol approx 50 rounds     (I will have some club 9mm ammo available for sale)
- Shotgun Approx 50 rounds  (I will have some club shotgun ammo availabe for sale)
- Rifle approx 60 rounds      

I do suggest that you bring more as you always can take it home, but if you don't have it you can't shoot it.  

Lunch and something to drink.

I don't know what the forecast for the weekend is, but I suggest suitable clothing for all types of weather.

Hi all,

It was great to see so many section members up at Motanua on Sunday for the clubs first 3 Gun Match of the year.

There where 18 competitors who made the hour long trip up to Motanua to shoot the match.

A special thanks to Sean, Jayson and Dave who gave up there time on Saturday to setup the match. The stages that they set up where for shooters of all levels and everyone who I talked to after the match had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the different shooting disciplines.   

The match was made up of:

2 x Pistol Stages   (Plate Rack / Texas Star & Jungle Run)
2 x Shotgun Stages   (Claybirds & Multiple Falling Plates)
2 x Rifle Stages   (Barricade & Jungle Run)

The results have be posted on the forum so have a look to see how everyone went.

The next match at Motanua will be on Sunday 7th February.

Everyone is welcome to come along and shoot the match, just talk to Sean, Dave or myself to find out more details.
