From 25 metres.
This past month has been as busy as ever on Ranges 1 to 4 with new members and beginner shooters keeping Cheryl & Michael away from their own shooting on Sunday mornings.
At the end of May we had Greg down from Auckland to hold Coaching sessions primarily with our High School Juniors but this was extended to any Club members who wanted some help. Eight members took advantage of this and all but one were happy with the help they received.
We have purchased two secondhand CO2 FWB Air Pistols for $1100.00 which includes the 2 Air Pistols – 2 extra tanks for the guns – some tools – a large tank for refilling the smaller ones and a number of pellets & targets.
Application for Funds for Junior Air Pistols has been sent into the Pub Charities for consideration – we also have an application in to the City Council but won't hear until about September for that one – they gave us some last year and are impressed that we have extended the program since.
Our next Competition will be the Winter Solstice – 19 - 20 June - we have shot this in the snow but hopefully not this year.
Entries notice is on the Web page – Black Powder matches on Saturday 19th and ISSF on Sunday 20th.
