Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the club will be held in the clubrooms, Burnett Range, McLeans Island Road, Christchurch on Sunday, 28 June 2009 commencing at 1pm.
Any Remits or Notices of Motion must be in the hands of the Secretary not later than 31st May, 2009. Nominations for Club officer and committee positions must be received at P.O. Box 4079 Christchurch by Monday 8th June or by hand to the secretary prior to 7pm on Wednesday, 10th June, 2009.
