A huge vote of thanks for organizing the course (you know who you are!). Please can you arrange warm weather next time?
Interesting coaching. The head now knows what to do, but the body ain't listening. Any ideas?

The word there is training. So spend some spare time training and the results will gradually come.
You can improve a lot over a competition season and enjoy doing it...
